Information we collect

We may collect your name, age, telephone number, email address, appointment details, messages, and other information you provide. If you accept Statistics cookies, we also assign a random browser identifier and record visited page paths, per-page visit counts, appointment-page returns, and booking-count events. We do not use device fingerprinting for this measurement.

Health information

Messages about care may contain sensitive personal or health information. Please share only what is reasonably necessary. Website enquiries are not a substitute for emergency care or a confidential clinical consultation.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange appointments, provide requested services, maintain records, improve our services, understand consented website journeys, prevent misuse, and meet legal or regulatory duties.

Analytics separation

The pseudonymous digital-measurement record does not contain the patient name, phone number, email address, appointment reference, clinical note, selected doctor, or appointment time. Booking events are recorded only as a count and timestamp. Patient and appointment information remains in the appointment system.

Legal basis and consent

Depending on the context, we process information to provide a requested service, with consent, to meet legal obligations, or for legitimate operational and security purposes. Website journey measurement begins only after Statistics consent. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing through Cookie Settings.

Sharing and service providers

We may share information with authorised CHIRAAG personnel and providers supporting communications, hosting, analytics, appointments, or clinic operations, including MeAssist as the provider of appointment and digital-measurement services. We do not sell personal information.

International processing and retention

Some technology providers may process information outside India. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards. We retain information only as long as needed for clinical, legal, accounting, security, analytics, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet system is completely secure, so avoid sending urgent or highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access or correction, ask about use, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. We may verify your identity before acting.
